The following Terms of Sale apply to "Vouchers" purchases made by you ("Customers") for any action sports "Activities" offered by Xtremgo's merchant partners ("Organizers").
Vouchers purchases can only be made through www.xtremgo.com. You can either create an Xtremgo account or proceed to guest checkout.
Each voucher is unique, and linked to the specific Activity offered by the Organizer. Vouchers have not cash value.
Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
Except sole discretion of the applicable Organizer, Vouchers are limited on time and linked to a precise date and time schedule.
If you decide to use your Voucher for lesser value Activity, you will not be entitled to a credit, cash or a new Voucher equal to the difference between the face value and the amount you redeemed.
Xtremgo is really focused on safety and prevention. Customers are aware of prerequisites required for each Activity, regarding age, fitness condition and/or a possible expertise in the sport. Those prerequisites can be found on each Activity deal page on www.xtremgo.com. By accepting the Terms of Sale, Customers are recognizing fulfill all conditions asked, and cannot ask for refund if they were under incapacity of doing the Activity.
Neither Xtremgo nor the Organizer are responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher reference numbers.
These Terms of Sale may change from time to time and Xtremgo will notify you of such changes either via email or by placing a message on www.xtremgo.com.
